Skogar to see and do

Region: South Iceland
Coordinates: 63.52726° N 19.505855° W

Skogar is the common name for two farms, a school and the open air, communications and folk museum. The school and the museum were inaugurated in 1949. The school buildings are used as a Summer hotel and now all year hotel and entering start for Fimmvorduhal trail to Thorsmork. Camping during summer is also available.
