A little known salmon river in the Bakkafiord area. Fished with two to three rods, the river is just inhabitable for salmon so the runs tend to vary according to the mood of nature. This river was stocked every year some years ago and during that time it turned in up to 2-300 salmons. Stocking has ceased and numbers from 50 to 100 fish are now the norm. Sea char runs the river and countless other smaller ones close by. They have a fine average weight, often 3-5 pounds.
