Afangi Mountain Hut

Region: Highland
Coordinates: 65.0138421° N 19.7340202° W

Located just off the Kjolur route, about 38 km north of Hveravellir, Áfangi Mountain Hut offers clean and comfortable accommodation surrounded with beautiful highland scenery.

Áfangi is a spacious hut that sleeps 32 people in 8 rooms with bunk beds (4 persons in each room). Guests have access to a well equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge. Bathrooms and  shower are shared.

Áfangi offers a spacious camp site with great views.
