Beautiful South Circle Passport
This passport provides you with the opportunity to experience the beautiful southern part of Iceland, with all its variety. This area has it all – black sands, high cliffs, glaciers, hot springs, abound vegetation and beautiful waterfalls.  The journey starts in Reykjavík and follows Highway nr. 1 to the village Hella.  Here you can choose two directions; either continue along route nr. 1 on through the coastal villages Hvolsvöllur, Skógar, Vík and
Kirkjubæjarklaustur to Skaftafell National Park or turn inland from Hella and head to Landmannalaugar oasis in the interior of Iceland. From Landmanna-laugar the route continues “behind the mountains”, through Eldgjá, on to Kirkjubæjarklaustur and Skaftafell National Park as well. From Skaftafell you return to Kirkjubæjarklaustur where you take alternative route from the one taken on the outbound journey to complete the circle.
